Nicholas Border

PC Technician

Born in Ruckersville, VA, Nicholas has spent most of his life living in various parts of Ohio. He has always been intrigued by new technology and would not fit anywhere else but the IT field. He enjoys learning more than anything, and as a PC technician, he hopes to build up his knowledge of computers and obtain certifications outside of work as well. He enjoys art and music, and he uses computers as inspiration frequently when creating some of his own art. Passion should meet your professional life and I am a living testament to that.

WHAT’S THE BEST PART OF YOUR JOB?

The best part of working at NWG is the workplace atmosphere. Everybody gets along, work gets done, and I can eat lunch with my brother every day.

WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT WORK, WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE THING TO DO FOR FUN?

Some of my interests outside of computers include painting and drawing, playing music, wrestling my sister’s dog, Morty, and going to live events.

NAME ONE THING ABOUT YOU THAT MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW OR WOULDN’T EXPECT.

I played sousaphone throughout high school and I am, as of summer 2018, a certified drum major.
